I hope this man is satisfied with the frustration, tears, and pain he put my mother through for no reason at all for his pure contentment of her not listening to him. He is an arrogant sob!! Keep your loved ones away before he hurts them!!
I’ve been a patient of Dr Howlett for 16 years. I’ve never had a finer, more trustworthy physician! He’s won several CT Doctor of the year awards for family practice. These were not given by accident. IMHO, there’s no finer doctor in CT.
