All the staff was so amazing and sweetest heart
My hernia may have posed a particular set of unusual problems. I herniated after a gall bladder removal. My morbid obesity stretched and thinned the tissue that held my bowels in position. I was warned I might need netting or more if I didn’t lose my over-large belly. In short I DID NOT lose the belly and could not hope for a successful hernia repair so I worked on dropping weight. Dr Hoang, his staff and Lovelace were expert in diagnosing and repairing my hiatal hernia. They were all informative, caring, and great sense of humor. He repaired it in January; and I just had my final endoscopy "look see" - and I'm DONE! I'm very thankful to Dr Hoang and Lovelace for their expertise and also kindness. I highly recommend them for any gastrointestinal issues here in ABQ.
What a breath of fresh air! My family member had been initially seen by another surgeon at another practice, and was not getting the help they truly needed. My family member has a touch of PTSD from a previous procedure and a previous doctor, so my family member was already anxious going into the first meeting.
