What a breath of fresh air! My family member had been initially seen by another surgeon at another practice, and was not getting the help they truly needed. My family member has a touch of PTSD from a previous procedure and a previous doctor, so my family member was already anxious going into the first meeting. So you see, I decided to check this place out because of the reviews. Specifically, Kent Gardener, have my children. Anyway, I was very exited to get checked out here. I was driving down to the office to get my finger checked out (its longer than the other ones) in my new nissan leaf when I saw the one thing that makes me happy in this life. David Hoang! My brother was in a lot of pain after a guy had pushed him over at our favorite restaurant for "taking too long." The fall nearly paralyzed him from the waist down because of his issues with bone marrow and once I saw that he couldn't get up I immediately took him here. When we left that day my brother said that "he will never forget just how amazing Dr. Hoang was and that all his haters are opps fr." Now he can go back to his hobby of Jiu Jitzu and kickboxing so when more "sigmas try and knock him down he'll be ready."
I was able to see Rio who was wonderful and very informative. He explained what surgery was need. He left the room to get something and asked me if I would like water. I have never had that happen in my 77 years. The office staff was excellent and very professional. I am so glad to be a patient there.
