Excellent on all counts.
Very professional and answered all my questions.
Dr. Masharani is on of the very best physicians that I have ever had. He engenders trust, is warm and compassionate, and, to this layman, appears to be supremely competent and authoritative.
Tries to get you to return to go over normal labs. Spends most of the visit typing on the computer. Appointment feels rushed so he can get to the next patient. Comes off as greedy. Poor diagnostic skills.
Dr. Baur doesn't listen to what your feeling are about what you believe might be the cause of your symptoms.
Doctor Golden is one of the nicest, most professional and confident doctor out there. He has been a doctor for over 25 years and graduated from a top college (UCSF). He just performed a robotic surgery on me to remove a large kidney cyst. I am terrified of surgery, however his demeanor assured me that everything was going to be okay. The surgery went well and I was able to go home the same day. He also saved my uncles life when cancer was incidentally found. He has extensive knowledge and someone I trust. Dr Masharani listens to my issues and really cares which makes me motivated to help take care of myself
Dr. Beneke failed to provide adequate post-op follow up from hernia surgery and ignored my health concerns when the post surgery pain got worse.
Good luck even getting someone to answer the phone. I left messages, followed up with emails, my primary sent two different referrals...never even got an appointment. I was told I would need current imaging (I emailed that), still didn't get a call back or email. Terrible customer service.
