Very informative and professional.
Dr. Herbert was very professional, caring, and informative. He spent a lot of time explaining the intricacies of my illness. He made sure I understood the procedures and medications. This was the first time in years, I did not have pain after the installation. He is a prince!
My experience with Dr. Hebert and his staff since I first became a patient has been top notch. Whatever issue I was being seen for has been addressed. If I send a message via my patient portal I get a quick response or a phone call.I’ve never had to wait to hear back for hours. Dr. Hebert takes time to listen to whatever your concerns are and I’ve never felt rushed. He explains things well and makes me feel that I can ask him anything.
