Very informative and professional.
Dr. Herbert was very professional, caring, and informative. He spent a lot of time explaining the intricacies of my illness. He made sure I understood the procedures and medications. This was the first time in years, I did not have pain after the installation. He is a prince!
My experience with Dr. Hebert and his staff since I first became a patient has been top notch. Whatever issue I was being seen for has been addressed. If I send a message via my patient portal I get a quick response or a phone call.I’ve never had to wait to hear back for hours.
