They came out to fix our chimney flue cap, took it to their shop and got it back into shape. When they came back to install it, they made sure that the nearby gas fireplace egress pipe was working correctly and used several fasteners to make sure the cap would stay on. Overall great experience.
I booked a gutter cleaning in October and was told the service would be completed in November. The service was not completed, and I called back in December asking for an update. I was told that they had not gotten to my area yet due to weather but that they would designate my area as a priority. It is February, and the gutters still have not been cleaned. I was forced to cancel and will be finding a more reliable option. Very disappointed.
They remodeled the room above our garage and installed custom cabinets. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.
Great work at a fair price. I had some siding replaced on the house and detached garage, then the entire exterior was painted only AFTER everything was scraped, prepped, and cleaned. The guy who did it was conscientious, friendly -- but a let's-get-to-it kind of guy. No complaints at all on cleanup. No hesitation in calling Hazen for future work, which is already on the horizon.
