Hands of an angel. Dr. Harter is a blessing to my family. He has cared for my twin daughter, Amaya, since she was 7 weeks old. The security, confidence, and peace of mind that Dr. Harter provides me are incredible. We drove 2 hours from South NJ just so the doctor could examine my daughter. His staff, his office, and his warmth make every appointment amazing. Thank you so much for everything and for always giving us your attention. Two years later, and we remain steadfast in God's name.
Dr. Harter consulted for my baby at the NYU Brooklyn ER after an accident with her stroller. She had a minor skull fracture and we were referred to follow up with Dr. Harter a month later. Our experience at his office was amazing. The office is clean and it wasn’t crowded at all. The front desk staff was very nice. as i have grown into an adult i wanted to express some praise for the successful chiari malformation surgery dr harter performed on me about 20 years ago! in a scary situation and a very young child i was accommodated and safe; the humanity, safety and excellence is something i’ll always be grateful for.
