Overall care by the therapists was out standing. However be warned after a year and a half after finishing my treatments the billing department does an audit and bills me. Talked to customer service and all they could say is "they" did an audit .Sorry. Very disappointed customer.
I wrote a review on google reviews 3 days ago and Orthopedic One had it removed. They screen their reviews and have the bad reviews removed. Out of over 500 reviews, they only have a few bad reviews. This is not statistically possible to have over a 99 percent satisfaction rating at a hospital. Bad experiences happen. I still have not been contacted by Orthopedic One to resolve the issue. Stay away from this shady hospital. Go to healthcare professional that is honest and transparent. I'm still waiting to hear from you guys.... read more

Scheduling was quick and easy but that's where the positivity ends. This was not personalized care nor was I ever communicated a plan of care. I wanted to see someone who could link my left foot issues (after leaving a podiatrist) with my left hip pain. I had to see a foot specialist separately from the hip specialist (for insurance reasons) but then there was no consultation between them afterwards.
