i strongly advise to look at ANY other lawyer other than david hamilton. he did absolutely nothing to help with my case. so much so that i had a dcfs case worker ask me “what is he even doing for you”. he was rude and undermining. -1 out of 10

Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Mr. David Hamilton was nothing was "sugar coated". He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru court proceedings from start to finish, Mr. Hamilton kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. Wish I could say good things! Begin out state I haven’t heard much on my case from Mr Hamilton! Alll I get is bills! And don’t for get I paid 1,700 dollars up front to retain him! And with theses bills I’m getting, he has not reached out to me to let me know what he has been doing, no passer work has been sent to me, I feel like I’m getting the short end of the stick!
