This man is a fraud who preys on the elderly! He has been arrested multiple times, has made the Village News, but sadly no one has left a review. Visiting my grandmother in Florida, she begins to tell me of some water damage that was to be fixed by a contractor, amongst some other tasks around the house like roof repair, rug replacement, and door adjustments to the tune of nearly 3 thousand dollars.
