Saw Dr Walker for my husbands lumbar/sacral pain. Dr Walker recommend spinal fusion. Explained everything but RISKS. We have had trouble with pre surgery orders for urine nicotine test and X-ray. “ No orders found”. I’ve called office x3 and continue to wait for those 2 pre op orders to make appointment for surgery. Also asked to be called back on RISKS. 2 1/2 weeks, still waiting. I found Dr Walker straight forward although not much time for questions.
Very good surgeon
The front desk “lady” was rude and hateful and made a horrible experience worse. I waited 10 months to be treated like crap. And was then rescheduled another month out with pure hatefulness.
Doctor Walker was friendly and to the point, which I appreciated.
