The nurse that received me was meticulous, she explained the what she was doing and why, made me feel very comfortable.Dr Song assistant courteous and unassuming, she went over all my vital signs and EKG explaining each one meticulously, she even screened my blood work from my Primary care in order to to achieve a better result of my status. In total; my visit was a total success.
The P.A.’s were soft spoken and personable which I appreciated. My only concern is that there is no one to discuss the copays with ahead of time. As a senior I need this information. Three requests got me nowhere. Thank you for your good care
