We put in a work order through our tenant portal app since we rent, and we put this work order in on the 16th of June. We called today for an update on when we could expect the plumber and im not sure who answered the phone, but they had no communication skills whatsoever. They told us its only been 4 days and that theyve been busy and that if we expected them to come today we were crazy (it's fathers day).
