The most amazing, straight forward Doctor. I am so thankful for having met him, he delivered both my kids, and because of his knowledge and fast thinking my child is with us. Forever grateful for DR. Nguyen
My experience with doctor Nguyen was very rude and also was rushing me. His office forgot to deliver my results urine and swab. Also this was done to other patients. He did rush me as well. He was not transparent to tell me what truely happened until I requested to speak to his manager. I have filed a complaint on him as well to facet medical group customer relations. Due to this I will not be returning to facet ever !!!!!!
The most horrible experience I've ever had. I went in for this doctor that I've never seen before, after so many years of pain I wanted to get help. Well this doctor dismissed me, did not apologize for making me cry from pain during exam, talked to me in a sarcastic manner and rushing the entire appointment. I was so shocked at what had happened that I wasn't really responding much and he knew that, I will be going further with this.
