I had a history of ear surgeries due to a cholesteatoma as a child. Due to recurring symptoms that mirrored my previous ones i seen Dr Jung in 2021. He assured me that my cholesteatoma had not returned and that instead i should get an implanted hearing aid into the back of my skull to help with my hearing issues. He had no answers for my ear pain/ringing/chronic headaches/bloody discharge from the same operated ear as before. My appointment was at 3:30p and I wasn’t seen until 4:30p. Extremely unacceptable. Dr. apologized quickly, yet wasn’t apologetic, per se. No signs of accountability. Then he spent less than 10 minutes with me, asked a couple of questions, looked in both ears, and prescribed me a medication. I’ve taken the prescribed ear medicine for 4 days now and my ear discomfort has slightly improved, but by no means healed.
