I thought this place was great at first. My sons had their work done here but when it came time for my daughter, we went in, got consulted, made a down payment of $500 and turns out Dr Crowder didn’t recommend braces but surgery. She don’t want the surgery so when I asked for the payment back they refused, saying it was for the diagnostic and X-rays, which should be paid for by insurance, and they refused to give that back.
