Following my visit to urgent care, Dr. Chu made an appointment to see me on a Saturday afternoon to conduct a thorough exam of my eye. He provided a very detailed explanation of what I was experiencing to put me at ease, and proactively shared information on what I could expect moving forward.
I feel the appt was rushed and he didnt take the time to ask us if we had questions...I had to catch him running out of the room to get my questions answered.
