David and his team built our home during the most challenging construction environment (supply chain issues, etc.). David kept me informed of progress, was always cognizant of quality and budget, and delivered an amazing product. Five stars!
RUN THE OTHER WAY. Worst experience ever. They are great when signing up, then it goes south. Slow responses, errors in construction, and bad attitude. I have bought and renovated several homes, so from experience, I can confidently say to look elsewhere. The project was supposed to take 6 months and took 2 years. Had to fire them and finish with another contractor who was night and day. Paid for first class, and got worse than coach.
We love our new home built by David Gross GC. His crew is awesome and responsive and does beautiful work. David has been quick to check on us and the house since we moved in April 2020. Any last minute items he has assured us he would order them and get them installed, and he and his team did! The quality of work on the inside and outside of the house is amazing and more than we could have imagined!
David is an outstanding contractor in the Crested Butte area. He built my two condos as well as numerous homes for clients of mine. Attentive, honest and prompt. Quality of construction is superb. Highly recommend him.
David and his staff are amazing!!! They treat people as you should! Professional and courteous! If you choose to live in the Gunnison valley, please have David build for your family!
