Sorry. Wanted to like it. The Miss Mary’s “famous salad” is nothing but iceberg with grocery store croutons and shaved red onions and a tart vinaigrette The Eggplant Parm was two big things in a bowl covered in very thin slices of eggplant with a huge one inch thick hunk of cheese and a sauce that, I swear, reminded me of SpaghettiOs. But their house Cabernet was good but a small pour…couldn’t have had 5oz in there. maybe I just didn’t order the right things
We have never had a bad meal here. The staff and atmosphere are awesome and the food is perfect.
Hands down the best Italian in the area. Great price, great food and great service. We live two minutes from here and are kicking ourselves from not having tried it sooner. 10 out of 10.
Outstanding restaurant. Even the typical Italian dishes like chicken parm are great. The ravioli is the best i've had, because the pasta was cooked firm (most places overcook it to mush) and the sauce was homemade, rich and flavorful. Desserts (we had the cannoli, and the NY cheesecake) were excellent. The cannoli was better than i remember at Ferrara's off Mulberry Street. Service was excellent. I like that they even put acoustic treatments in the room to make it easier to converse with friends during busy times.
