Look, I don’t know what that 1 star review is about, besides a very long rabble. I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I will. I went through 18 months of surgeries and treatments for breast cancer and THIS doctor is a gem! No, he doesn’t fawn over you because he is intelligent, authentic and importantly professional. He was thorough and concerned. Did not talk down to me. Assessed my understanding and communicated with respect and care. Answered all questions. I came to this doctor looking for a second opinion, a more humane voice and one that was far from the cruel and cold context with which most oncologists today treat their patients. It seemed to me a cold and lonely world that oncologists bring to their patients, a place where God does not seem to be present in their lives, much less give a little light to their patients. I was referred to Dr. Griffin after biopsy results found concerns for endometrial cancer. He immediately ordered a radical hysterectomy. He and his staff were more than willing to explain anything or answer questions. They were very professional, friendly, welcoming, and comforting. I’m very fortunate to have had them caring for me.
