We had a slab leak years ago and called David Gray for repair. They were responsive and fixed the leak at a very reasonalbe rate. Here we are a few years later and we have another slab leak in the same spot. The previous repair was just a patch, they never replaced the faulty pipe, just put a patch on it. What a shoody repair. I would expect this from a second rate plubing company not a so called reputable local company. Shame on David Gray pluming. Called David Gray Plumbing for a snaked clean out on my kitchen drain. Have this done once a year. When they have come out in the past, it cost me about $140. They have changed their pricing policy. They wanted to make it fair for everyone, so they have a flat rate for services now. Explained (after they arrived) that some people's jobs were taking so long to do that it was just too expensive for them. So now the little guys get to pick up some of the cost! Had David Gray repair my toilet.. Charged me $282 just to replace the guts of the toilet. Outrageous fee in my estimation

I called them yesterday and they said for a higher cost they would come out yesterday after 5:30 to fix my one year old water heater. I agreed. Later, a man called and said he didn't want to drive to Palm Coast ( even though they knew from the beginning where I live). He said he would put me on the schedule for the morning at 8am, first stop. I got up and was ready , happy to get my hot water working.
