Called David Gray for an electrical issue as my Pep-Tank wasn’t functioning. FGUA came out first to determine it was a problem with power to the control panel. A rusted wire at the breaker was the issue. The tech (Adam) was great and fixed the problem. Here’s the bad news: Their price to fix the problem was north of $1,500. I was a bit shocked as I was told that their labor rate was $400/hr. And that he needed to drive to the supply house to get the replacement part during which time the $400/hr rate would also apply.
