How does one get in touch with Dr Grace after receiving a letter from Millennium Physician Group that he is no longer with the practice and they won't give any information when I called. I just started seeing Dr Grace and liked him only to learn after 1 month he is gone. He was specially recommended by my gynecologist and I now only wish to see him. Not happy with Millennium but I like Dr Grace. How can I find you, Dr? Only 1 star to get someone's attention... please!

I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment which I was a new patient and was to be there 30 mins. I could not find the building, tried calling and they would not take me in as a new patient since I was not 30 minutes early to register. I tried calling them...I just moved to Florida and its not a easy place to find. I'm sure Dr. Grace has NO idea what his receptionist said and he lost a NEW patient
Dr. Grace is a very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable physician. The staff members are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. I am very pleased that I chose this practice for my primary care.
