I have been going to Dr. Gottesman for 20 years. He is very knowledgeable. He spends time before, during and after the procedure explaining. He always explains what he found and what he did.
I had an overall unpleasant experience with Dr. Gottesman. His bedside manner has a lot to be desired. At the initial consultation, he seemed very impatient and interrupted me in the middle of a question that I was asking. My procedure results were delivered by his secretary with no explanation, answers to questions, or follow-up treatment plan. Any other Dr. would go over the results and explain things. Very unprofessional. I felt like an inconvenience for him.
