Built with David and Ann 9 years ago. David was always fair during the building process and I still get great advice and referrals for maintenance items. Was a great experience and I would only build with David and Goliath on my next house.
My husband and I have built two homes with David & Goliath Builders and we would absolutely have them build us another, if we were in the market to do so. My husband is a cabinet maker and is very particular about the quality of the workmanship, which is why we chose to build our second home with Dave. DG Remodeling (Division of David and Goliath Builders) No, we would definitely not recommend DG Remodeling. We chose DG Remodeling because we believed the claims on their website. “We have earned the reputation of being a high quality and ethical builder…Having skilled craftsmen on staff full time has enabled David & Goliath Builders and DG Remodeling to maintain a very high, consistent quality and a very tight schedule…” We found this to be untrue. D&G just finished doing a basement remodel for us. I would not hesitate to use them on future projects. I was kept informed about all scheduling, all of the various workers were polite and respectful. Each day the area was left clean and tidy. There was nothing that was negative with the experience/project.
