Dr Gnegy had a proper bedside manner. He is proficient with his technical knowledge. He showed empathy, care, and concern over my medical concerns. He used humor to help me cope with my anxiety. Just make sure you have questions written down when you see him. Ask him to slow down when he explains things. I was satisfied with his professionalism. Susan
I had a medical test and a week later I can not get my results. They have signs posted all over the office to call after five days if no contact. I did and only received the run around and total sarcasm from Amanda. This is why everyone is going out of town to get quality help and consideration. Dr Mason has not been there and no one has the capability to tell me the results! Guess who pays for this test? Larry R Allen
