Kris and McKenzie are exceptional in providing excellent care in my recovery after wrist surgery. I am making progress towards my mobility and strength goals and am confident that I will be able to perform at close to 100% of my pre injury capacity. I came in two weeks ago for plantar fasciitis of my left foot, but walked out with excruciating pain in my knee of my right leg after my therapy
I came in two weeks ago for plantar fasciitis of my left foot. When I came in yesterday, I told her I’ve had absolutely zero pain .I told her I don’t think I need therapy anymore as my foot has not hurt at all . She said well let’s just work on some stretching exercises anyway because maybe it’ll flare up in a couple days. She proceeded to tie bands around my good foot and told me to move my foot back-and-forth, twisting it while she held the bands tight. She told me do not twist my calf or my upper leg.
