Dr. Gesensway approaches issues from a more practical phased approach vs. throwing pills/injections at you or recommending a surgical solution as the 'only answer'. With my trigger thumb, he recommended wearing a split at night to ease the stress on the tendons as a first treatment - so far so good!!
