Dr. Garcia and his staff are the best! So professional and friendly. Dr. Garcia explains all of your options and the pros and cons of each one. He often says..... If you were my sister, I would suggest..... This always made me smile and I just brushed it off. Since then I have experienced poor patient care with a different doctor, different field. I have since often reflected on, if you were my sister.... All physicians should treat their patients as if they were treating their sibling. :)
Dr. Garcia has performed 2 bunion surgeries for me - 1 in 2012 and one in 2015. He is a skilled surgeon and I have done well post surgery. There is a long recovery process with the surgery but he explains the process well and encourages his patients to stay the course.
Great foot doctor! He quickly evaluated my foot pain and gave me all of the possibilities that I have to be able to heal from this pain. His office girls are friendly and they all have a cheerful attitude and also are efficient in taking care of their patients. I will pass his name out to all of my friends who have a foot problem!!
Office is tiny and feels cold and dark. Not up to the surgery standard of clean, in my book. One of his staffers, Chris, is extremely rude. Made a comment about me after she left the room and I overheard it. Oops! How professional is that?! Dr. Garcia never smiled the whole time I was there. Not a friendly environment! I don't care how good a doctor is, if he doesn't have a good bedside manner, I don't want anything to do with him/her.
