No matter how much I spoke to them they said the prices only go up, they don't go down. They do not negotiate, the insurance prices are what they are and you have to deal with it. The staff they have over the phone is a little more rude and abrasive compared to the staff they have in person. If you ever need to cancel an insurance plan, you have to sign a form agreeing that there will be no proration and that you will surrender all funds immediately.
