Mr Plufka helped me with 2 work comp cases and I received 2 checks. WAY more than my employer's insurance company wanted to settle on even after his commission.
Very poor service. David was referred to me by another lawyer and it has been the worst decision of my life. For 6 years all I received were false promises. Then two months before my actual court date he up and quit on me. Stating that I had lost confidence in his ability to win the case. David was a joke.
