I had an appointment to get a scope on my bladder because I keep having blood in my urine and he had me laying on the table for an hour and a half completely naked with the thin sheet on me freezing so I ended up getting down off the table, I fell and hurt myself bruised up my whole right side, my hip, my knee and I’ve had knee surgery before and now I have a popped blood vessel in my foot. I should honestly sue this man.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Heiser is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. After looking for answers for months, I was told I didnt know what I was talking about, and that I shouldn’t have come to see him because im not “as old as most of his patients” .. seriously? Not to mention, my appointment was in the morning, and I had others a few hours after that I had to cancel because how long it took him to actually come into the room.
