If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Heiser is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. After looking for answers for months, I was told I didnt know what I was talking about, and that I shouldn’t have come to see him because im not “as old as most of his patients” .. seriously? Not to mention, my appointment was in the morning, and I had others a few hours after that I had to cancel because how long it took him to actually come into the room. Amazing Doc who knows what he is doing! He always wants what is best for you. Some people remarked he didn’t spend enough time with them, but let’s face it, doctors have more than 1 patient and they work very long hours! He asked me questions, I answered them and let him head to the next patient in need. I would highly recommend him. He is down to earth and k owns what is is doing!! He is now my new urologist!!
