Giving this “Doctor” one star is being kind. He’s absolutely terrible! If there was only one ENT left in Wisconsin and he was my only choice I’d go without care. He’s cocky, arrogant, and didn’t listen to my concerns. It took going to Dr Scott Hunt at Prevea to get solid answers!!!! I had an undiagnosed balance disorder and Dr Gossman ordered NOTHING! I wouldn’t trust this “doctor” to clean my ears let alone exam them or evaluate them ever again! I had an undiagnosed balance disorder and it was recommended that I see an ENT and a coworker recommended me to this guy. First let me say that although I booked an appointment through the office for him specifically I was stuck with a lady ENT who was just as unprofessional as Gossman. Dr. Gossman had no bedside manner. I was in and out so quick my husband says “that didn’t take long” . If I had to have surgery I would want to be treated like a human being with feelings not a number to see how many patients you can get through your office. This is bad policy. I have never written a review on any doctor before and his LN follows his lead. I will be looking for another somewhere else.
Horrible bedside manner. Clearly has a God complex. Do not go see. You will scar your child for life. And don’t bother telling me to call customer service, I won’t. This review is much more reliable to know my point gets across.
