They will call, email and text about appointment reminders, but send only a letter to cancel an appointment that you receive the day before the appointment. So I've already wasted a day off work to bring my parent to the doctor. Called to reschedule. And got hung up on mid sentence when asking if they could please put a note in to text or call next time an appointment gets canceled.
Dr. Fagan has been my primary care Dr. for over 20 years. He saved my life in 2005 when I had congestive heart failure and no health insurance. He cared about me and not about the insurance or $. He’s helped with my depression and when I needed it he recommended going to a local therapist associated with the Bradley Center that was available at that time. He truly cares about his patients.
