This is the worst medical experience I've had in a very long time. It took a month to send an order. It got sent only after I went there in person since they were not returning my calls. Then the order was missing information, and they did not respond to IHC's request for that info. IHC gave up. My Initial appointment was early May. It's now mid July and it's still not resolved; I'm waiting for the M.A. to return my call.
