David has always been able to sort out the issues I've brought to him with the best possible outcome. I've worked with him on at least four or five occasions, and anytime I've price shopped he's also been the most reasonably priced.
All of the lawyers in town call him ‘David Milk Dudd’ behind his back for a reason haha. Save yourself the stress and hire a competent attorney regardless of your needs! I did the initial paperwork work myself legit with a nonprofit notary, then hired him - he did zero work, asked me to do the rest of the work for the case (??), then withdrew from my case after I called him out on it - thank god. He is a bigot. He continues to use the wrong pronouns and name for a child that took their own life due to bullying over being trans. Worst lawyer in WNC. If I could give him 0 stars, I would. Do not recommend.
