While he is cheerful and upbeat, I believe he and the whole MPG system are guilty of medically gaslighting my Mom. He told her he was not allowed to prescribe her pain meds for a knee, and a broken foot which he saw in her x-rays. He deemed the knee "gone" Then he ships her off with a referral to orthopedic doctor who he says will take care of her pain. I was there. She stays bed ridden for 2 weeks, IN INCREASINGLY INTENSE PAIN mind you, then yesterday we go to another millennium's All Stars Dr Collins and guess what he does... read more

Dr. Frankel is always cheerful, he takes the time to listen and he gives thoughtful, helpful responses. Every appointment has been a delight. I never feel rushed and I have never had to wait very long. The front staff and nurses are always pleasant and helpful. Thank you!
Great doctor, but CMA was called a "nurse" when she is not and it shows, she had no clue on anything related to medication or prescriptions. I can see why he is the doctor and his staff are clerks and medical assistants. Beware because this type of incompetence of staff can lead to a patient's health being compromised. I will not go back to him due to his choice of using highly ignorant staff.
