    If you’re looking for an insurance company that treats you as family, welcomes you with open arms, and has a knowledgeable staff, don’t look any further! David, Cheryl, and Lisa always go above and beyond to adhere to your every concern. I’ve been with them for over a decade! Simply refuse to switch companies.     Anyone looking for an insurance agent I would highly recommend State Farm David Franck. They are easy to work with and after filing several claims due to roof damage and being struck by lightning several years ago our claim was handled quickly. David has been my agent for almost 30 years and treats us like family. They are located near Oxmoor Mall. Debbie & George.

    Anyone looking for an insurance agent I would highly recommend State Farm David Franck. They are easy to work with and after filing several claims due to roof damage and being struck by lightning several years ago our claim was handled quickly.     Wonderful office and people! They truly treated me like family with service and conversation. This is my first experience being on my own for insurance and every person at their office was so kind to explain any and every question I had. Could not ask for anything better!

    Fantastic customer service, and just an overall great group of people. I have had insurance with David Franck for over 10 years, and have been very pleased. Fast and very friendly service if there's ever a reason to use your insurance. Just recently, they reimbursed me within hours of having a cracked windshield replaced.
