Dave is by far the worst relator and general contractor we have ever worked with. At first, he was nice and responsive but as soon as we were actually working with him, he stopped responding to calls and messages. He would cancel the night before inspections and appraisals with no update as to what was going on with the property. He told us “he needed to look out for himself” when terminating our agreement the week before our initial close date. I am so glad we chose to work with Dave for buying our new home. We were relocating from out of state which makes it difficult to house hunt, but Dave made it easy and did an excellent job negotiating our offer. Even better, his experience with renovating houses helped greatly when we had questions about the ability to make some changes to the house we wanted. We will definitely work with Dave again!

Dave made our home buying expirence incredibly easy and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable of the Chicagoland area and what to look for when purchasing a home. He was also super responsive and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. I definetly would recommend Dave Foskett to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

By for the most patient and real person I have met in the business. Literally will help hands-on when you need an aid in renovation, sold our dated home very quickly and get you what you looking for. Will use him for any further home sales or buy’s. Refreshing to have real people out there for the people!!!!
