The best General Surgeon out there. Very personable and willing to answer any questions I had as well as my husband. Took the time to explain the surgery and the recovery process as well as fill out all necessary paperwork. Checked on me a few times while being hospitalized as well. Very concerned about my health and well being. He has done about 4 of my surgeries and never had any adverse effects. 10/10 ⭐️
I highly recommend Dr. Ford. He listened intently to my concerns, and the complications I was experiencing. He took the time to explain the surgery and my options. The surgery that he performed was executed efficiently, and follow up care was handled perfectly. Which I can't stress enough how important that is! To anyone reading this review and looking for a general surgeon, or even second opinion, like I did myself, you should make an appointment. Thank you very much team!
Dr. Ford is an excellent surgeon and delivers on his promises. He details expectations for the successful outcomes, as well as for possible surgery complications. I was fortunate to experience his care with the help of the Da Vinci Xi and an excellent Albany Med team, a mere four days ago. My level of recuperation helps support the idea that the Da Vinci is truly "game changing" as one of the anesthesia doctors stated.
