I needed to file for divorce and I was referred to Mr. Foley from a family friend and I was very happy with his services. Mr. Foley and his paralegal, Debbie, were amazing and efficient. They made sure my voice was heard and my needs were met. Mr. Foley made this miserable process tolerable and explained everything to me in a way I understood and was very patient with me in this emotional process. I had an absolutely awful experience with David Foley. He is hands down one of the worst lawyers I’ve ever had the misfortune of hiring. I was eight months pregnant and facing an assault charge from my ex-husband. We paid him $5,000, but despite that, I still ended up being charged with the assault. He was argumentative and seemed completely uninterested in my case. It felt like he wasn’t on my side at all. Absolutely would recommend. Honest and realistic with each possible outcome of the case but works tirelessly to achieve the best outcome. You will be taken care of if you hire Mr Foley. He will work with you, and will give you the best defense regardless of the severity of the case. My life was in a spiral at the time i received my charges but Mr Foley is a huge reason I was able to bounce back from it all.
