Dr Fields is amazing. The medical techs need to listen better meds was to go to Walgreens in Monroe this was told several times. Oh! Guess what the meds was spent to Kroger on Wednesday Sept 27. 2023, as of today still no meds. Contacted Walgreen and Kroger. Trying to get meds transferred to Walgreens call Dr office was advice by front desk I had to call the pharmacist (I had to correct their error by contacting the pharmacist my self.) I have moved from Loganville to Hartwell I can’t drive due to my seizure disorder and they say they have sent over my medical records along with my son and Hartwell family never received the records, so I had someone go pick up our records and I hand delivered them to the office. The only good doctor there is Melissa she listens and takes time to help you feel better and understand what is going on.
Office staff was very helpful in getting me set up as a new patient. Looking forward to meeting and working with the MD.
I have been waiting g an hour now for my appt. It was for 10:15 am and it is now11:11. This happens all the time. I am not happy with this service at all. I am not able to go in to office. I am on oxygen and have large tanks and no one to help me. I need medicines and all he has to do is call them in but he wants me to get the appt. My meds don't change. What's up with that? What happen to Doctors that actually care?
