They sent my bill to my moms house which we don't talk and they also called her instead of me and gave her my results when it says that i do not give anyone consent to know my information. I'm 21 and have been on my own with very few contacts with my mom... I was finally given my bill almost 2 months later. Major HIPPA violations!!
Long waits, doctor doesn't explain, simple procedures are very expensive, and office staff disorganized.
