Dr. Yao always responds quickly to my questions. He has been my urologist for about 10 years. He is very knowledgable and helpful to his patients.

Brilliant and kind hearted Harvard/ UCLA prepared urologist. Outstanding bedside manners who takes time to listen, encounter never feels rushed. He was on time, schedule was at 4PM and was out of the clinic at 5PM-ish. Staff at the UCLA Burbank location were all courteous, bravo to everyone !!!
