New patient. Loved the office. The staff is great. Always friendly and my appointments are always on time. Office staff followed up on every commitment they made
New patient. Not sure what happened here with my wait. Made my appointment over a month in advance. Came 15 minutes early but waited over an hour to see the doctor. Lobby was relatively empty so I’m very confused what happened here. No explanation or apology for the long wait. I am unable to use this office if this is the normal wait time on a scheduled appointment. I do hope this is not the norm here so I may return & I’ll update this review when I come for follow up visit. Unrelated to my star rating of the practice is the... read more

This place has an entrance on the side with a ramp. The front desk girl walked up to the door wouldn't open it and told a 70 year old man he had to walk around to front go up 4 stairs with a walker and oxygen tank
