David helped me buy 2 houses and sell 1. All smooth experiences. However, I honestly didn't see his talent shine until my latest experience. The last house we bought had problematic tenants with a very difficult eviction process. After consulting with David who said he can handle it,we bought the house. Sure enough one month later the tenants were gone. Highly recommended.
David, Nettie, Donna, and Mike make up the best team around! They really helped us throughout the entire home buying experience. Very responsive! Any issues that came up - David and Nettie were quick to take care of them. We definitely recommend David and his team!
