I have been a tenant of Mr. Ernst for 5yrs and he has been a phenomenal landlord. He is professional, responsive and prompt with repairs. He truly cares about his tenants being happy in his properties. I would and have recommended him every time someone mentions renting or buying a home.
I've known Dave for many years starting with his career in Memphis and his transition to New Orleans. Being were friends, I have been exposed to how he works with his clients In a honest, no BS way, representing their interest, guiding them though the process and delivering success with the utmost integrity.
