Eric goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a Realtor. Eric not only communicated every decision but explained the purpose behind it - I felt very included in the process. He has a very strong knowledge of the Pinellas County market. Eric is very detail oriented and guided me in all areas of the process.

Excellent and Kind Realtor. Eric was just the right agent we needed for the sale of our parent’s house. We will be forever grateful to him for ... read more
