Dr Bernstein is an incredible physician who listens to his patients, asks questions and gives excellent advise He treats the patients as well as the symptoms and spend quality time with them- I would recommend him as he’s a 10/10 !!
Wonderful doctor. The foremost expert in hepatology in New York if not the USA. So grateful to have found him last year. Efficient office and nice staff also!
Absolutely the worst practice I have ever visited at NYU Langone. In May 2024 I visited Dr Bernstein. Blood tests were done, in his office, and I never heard from anyone. On December 2 2024 I came in for a 2nd appointment. At that point Dr. Bernstein informed me that not all tests that he ordered IN MAY had been done by the lab but he was going to put me in medication. I suggested that perhaps we should run the tests again as I didn’t feel comfortable taking medicine based on old and incomplete results. It’s now January 7 20... read more
I had a morning doctor's appointment, but due to severe weather, I was running late. I called to inform them about my delay. Upon arriving at the office, I received an unwelcoming greeting and was ultimately turned away, despite traveling for over an hour to get there. Despite my efforts to explain the situation and request accommodation, they were unwilling to squeeze me in or provide any estimated wait time. Horrible office.
