I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Eisenstein and the level of care he gives for his patients. However the appointment line could use some work. They were rude and hung up on me when I called to confirm my appointment booking.

I have met some arrogant doctors in my day, but this guy takes the cake. I came in at the end of my rope with excruciating bowel endometriosis, looking for a surgical option since all my other options had been expended. Dr. Eisenstein spent a month ignoring my calls to 'consider my options' as his associates assured me my case was being escalated. When he finally called, he told me the only way he would operate on me is if I'd agree to surgical menopause. He proceeded to tell me that the hormones I'd take after the procedure... read more
