This Dr is crazy!!! He was over 20 minutes late to appointment. He came in. He did not apologize and started screaming that his mother died yesterday and I need to understand. He was screaming so loud that the office is next to him came out of their office to see what was going on. He followed me down the hallway, screaming at me. Nobody should see this man ever he is unhinged. I was so afraid I almost called the cops

This is a little late to this site. But yesterday I had another appointment with Dr. Eilers. He gave his time , to carefully explain to changing eyesight issues, to my daughter and myself. But most important, how the day after Christmas he gave me a true gift . He help save the sight in my left eye.... My experience follows. My wife and I have gone to Dr. Eilers for several years. He has a great staff who are efficient in the front office and are kind and caring in the treatment rooms. Dr. Eilers is very thorough with his exams and very knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and he always answers all of my questions before I am excused. Oh yeah, he also has a great sense of humor.

I was very impressed with the professionalism yet personal warmth of all the staff. I had confidence that I was treated with the deepest respect and will recommend Dr. David J. Eilers MD to my friends and relatives here in the Cities who need the utmost care of their eyes..Thanks to him and everyone in his eye specialist clinic. .
